Primers are adhesion promoters that strengthen the adhesion of your films to the surface, so that it lasts longer. You should always use a primer to prevent your film from coming loose.

Frequently asked questions about the primer:

Question 1 Example of surfaces where it can be used?
Melamine, ABS, PET, treated and solid wood, metal and painted surfaces.

Question 2 Where do you use it?
On the perimeter and edges of the substrate with a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm.
Primers also ensure good adhesion between layers, especially with a relief pattern.

Question 3 How do you apply it?
Use the Primer+ stick or a specific solvent applicator.

Question 4 What is the drying time?
15-20 minutes.

Question 5 What is the shelf life?
13 months, provided you carefully close the bottle after each use.

Storage advice: Store in original packaging. Keep packaging tightly closed. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. Protect from freezing. Keep cool. Store in a well-ventilated place.

Returns

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs : Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• Refund : Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Note about Interior and Window Films

• Returns : Interior and window films are cut to size and therefore it is not possible to return them.
• Samples : Are you unsure whether a film is suitable for your project? Then try our samples. You can order up to 5 samples of our interior and window films to make a well-considered choice.
• Full Rolls : Unopened full rolls may be returned. NOTE: Cut-to-size films are also wound and delivered on rolls, but are not considered full rolls.

• Processing Period : We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before 2pm on the same day.
• Tracking : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.
